This privacy overview explains what TubeCrisp processes and stores when providing the service.
What is processed
TubeCrisp processes video URLs, available transcript text, selected analysis settings, and generated score data to provide the service.
What is stored
Saved analyses retain timeline score data and winning highlight passages. TubeCrisp does not store copies of the analyzed video files. Saved account data is kept while the account is active unless the user deletes it.
Deletion
Users can delete their account data from the account page. This removes saved analyses, visible profile details, transaction history, and remaining credit. A minimal deletion marker may be retained to prevent automatic signup-credit abuse.
Accounts and service providers
Account, payment, analytics, database, transcription, and AI-processing providers may process the data needed to operate TubeCrisp.
